The School Bus is a bus that operates for Peach Creek Jr. High. It first appeared in Ed, Edd n Eddy's Hanky Panky Hullabaloo, although only briefly in the intro. Some episodes of season 5 showed cameos of the bus; most prominently being in "All Eds Are Off," where the Eds and the kids made a bet, and in "Run Ed Run," where the Eds had to chase it to get in the front seats and ultimately to the Jawbreaker Factory. It has AKA-4 written on the license plate, which is a reference to A.K.A. Cartoon, the show's production company.
Although the school is named "Peach Creek Jr. High," the text on the bus is spelled "Peach Creek H.S.", which is short for "Peach Creek High School." This is probably due to a carry-over mistake from the first appearance of the school in Ed, Edd n Eddy's Hanky Panky Hullabaloo, where the school was named "Peach Creek High" before Season 5 took place.
Lemon Brook Jr. High also has their own school bus. At the end of "Tight End Ed," the Lemon Brook Lumpers kidnap Eddy to use as their mascot by taping him to the rear of the bus, which has letters 5-AKA written on the license plate, another reference to A.K.A. Cartoon.
