The Dumpster Pulley is a pulley machine that Edd made in "Dawn of the Eds" to lower Ed into a dumpster as part of the Eds' first Soda Bottle Refund scam. It consisted of a winch and a rope tied around Ed, who had been given swim goggles and a snorkel and been wrapped in plastic wrap to protect him from germs. The pulley was operated by Edd and Eddy, who helped pull Ed into position, lower him, and pull him out. The pulley was very successful, as it was able to do all that was required of it for the scam.
The pulley reappeared in the online game, Sewer Rat Balloon Bash in the first stage, where it is used to lower Ed into the sewers to collect bottles.
