The Giant Doll is a fake doll that appeared in "Knock Knock Who's Ed?" The doll was used by the Eds to hide inside it and trick Sarah and Jimmy to let them back into Ed's house in order to watch the 8 Hour Monster Movie Marathon. A wagon was used as the base of the doll and the inside of the doll had controls to move the wagon. Like some real dolls, this doll had a string to pull that makes it speak. Jimmy pulled the string which caused the Eds to speak. Hearing the Eds' voices, Sarah and Jimmy knew it was a trick and pulled it through the house and somehow onto to the top of a streetlight. The Eds and the doll fell off the top of the streetlight which resulted in the destruction of the doll.
