Kathleen Barr (born April 6, 1967) is a Canadian voice actress. She has also sometimes been credited as Kathleen Baar, though this is a typographical error. She is perhaps best known for portraying Kevin and Marie in Ed, Edd n Eddy. She is also the voice of Wheezie on the PBS show Dragon Tales and is famous for her role with the cult-classic show ReBoot, voicing the character Dot Matrix through all 4 seasons. Barr has also voiced a few roles in My Little Pony: Friendship is Magic. She also voices Lila Test, the main character's mother in the TV show Johnny Test.
