The Cul-de-Sac is the living area of the Kids. The main cul-de-sac (also known as Peach Creek Estates Phase 1) is the area where the Kids live and play, and also where the Eds try to scam the kids. This Cul-de-Sac is located on Rathink Avenue. There is an unfinished cul-de-sac (Peach Creek Estates Phase 2) to the right of the main one, where houses are being constructed. This area, however appears to have no workmen.

The cul-de-sac has a creek running nearby (there are many creeks in Peach Creek, none have been identified as the one the town is named for), where the Kids play in the summer months. There is a playground, where some of the Eds scams take place. The lane is the main thoroughfare around the outside of the cul-de-sac, where many of the Eds scams take place. The lane is also the place where the Kids play as well.
